Fees are determined on an individual client basis, however, our standard rate is $75 per hour. Retainer services and long-term projects are determined on an individual basis and agreed upon with the client. 

For one-time projects or design pieces, a nonrefundable deposit of 33% of the estimated total is required before work can begin. 

Revisions are included if assigned within 30 days of receipt of the project and are not based on a change in the assignment made after the project is submitted.

Out of pocket expenses, such as photocopies, messengers, long-distance and shipping charges, incurred in connection with the project will be billed to the client in an itemized fashion. Printing costs are extra and will be billed separately.

All reproduction rights on the copyrighted work are retained by Creative Types. The work may not be reproduced in any form without consent from the designer. Reproduction rights for the specified project may be negotiated with the client.

Creative Types retains personal rights to use the completed project and any preliminary designs for the purpose of competitions, future publications, educational purposes and the marketing of Creative Types. Where applicable, the client will be given any necessary credit for usage of the project elements.

Both parties will sign an engagement letter once the details have been determined and the fee and terms are agreed upon.

All payments are due 20 days from the invoice date to avoid a late fee equal to 20% of total due.
